Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, installation guides, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
